How You Can Make a Difference
There are many ways for you to get involved in the League's campaigns and make a difference for the animals.
Contact us for petitions and leaflets.
Write to your local paper, let them know what is happening.
Write to your MP, does he agree with this cruelty?
How about doing an educational stall in a town near you?
Take our petitions to work or to college or school, tell people about the campaign and the cruelty involved. We need as many people as possible to know what is happening in our woods and countryside.
Join an animal welfare group committed to ending terrier work (Animal Aid, League Against Cruel Sports, Advocates for Animals).
Most of all be the eyes and ears for our wildlife, get out into the countryside and the woods, get to know where the fox earths are and join your local badger group to help them protect the badger setts against these people. We all have a duty to protect these animals, they have a right to live out their lives in peace without the pain of encountering a dog at their throat.
Don’t forget we have Acts of Parliament that protect these creatures.
Lastly any information that you pass to us will remain confidential to us, and we promise that we will investigate fully.
Don’t forget while we live out our lives as best and peaceful that we can, these thugs are terrorising our wildlife.
